Exchanges Only 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. Need to make a exchange? Big Head Leather gladly accepts exchanges for qualifying items within 30 days of shipment date.

How to Make an Exchange Online

  1. Head over to our exchange center and have your order number or email address handy.
  2. Click ‘Exchange’ for the product(s) you wish to exchange.
  3. Complete the guided steps within the exchange center and obtain a pre-paid return shipping label.
  4. Send back your item(s).

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send your replacement item. Please note: Items that have been worn or used will not be eligible for a exchange. Customized products and final sale items are not eligible for  exchanges.

 

If you need to change shipping information after your order is placed, please reach out with that information. We do our best to accommodate all requests.
